Bespoke Service

Here's how it all works.

My bespoke service is as popular as ever, so if you are considering opting for a bespoke accessory, please contact me via the contact form as soon as possible. The whole process can take between 2-8 weeks depending on the design and time of year.

Meeting in person is not always necessary, in-fact the majority of my bespoke orders are discussed via email and/or telephone.

You may have already found oodles of inspiration on Pinterest  for example, and I will be happy to offer a free consultation to discuss your ideas, however your accessory will be unique to you. Respecting other crafters and their copyright means I am unable to copy designs. If you send me images of accessories you like, be sure to tell me what it is you like about them, be it, shape, materials, colour etc. Equally pictures of your wedding dress are welcome and discretion is of course paramount here. 

Once I have a clear picture of your requirements and we've agreed on the design, I will quote the price and production time. At this point if you wish to proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required and the balance due on completion and before posting. There will be a window of time in which you can change your mind about the design and make alterations, this will vary from design but I will be sure to tell you when the cut off point is for alterations. Please note that bespoke orders are non-refundable (please read my full T&C's for more information).

I pride myself in communicating efficiently with my brides so that you feel confident and at ease with the process. To aid this, photographs and discussions will  be exchanged throughout the whole process so that the end result meets, if not exceeds your expectations.
